ROUTE 63 ALONG TONLE SAP RIVER TO PHNOM KROM (HALF-DAY)

Arrive at Phnom Krom via route 63 or, alternative access road
Circumnavigate Phnom Krom, noting stone quarries at base – 1930s railway ferried stone to the city for construction of colonial buildings. Note: Climb the 145 steps to reach the temples on the top of the mountain. On return rest-stop at Wat Prin note remains of moat and modern Wat built on ancient foundations – modern road built over ancient way that connected Phnom Krom to Roluos. Return to the Hotel.
